The versions published are all marked by CA for Collaborative Projects. Does it mean that a separate version for Capacities projects, more specifically, for the Research for SMEs (former CRAFT) will appear?

Do anybody know for which purpose the rules in the financial provisions 7.2.1 and 7.2.2 are included in the CA. I don™t see any advantage for any party to include these rules and so I would like to let it out. What do you think about it?
